Barr Gyang Zi was appointed as a Non-executive director on 9th July 2016.He is an outstanding Lawyer with verse knowledge in criminal, civil as well as corporate law practice.

He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, British Council active citizens, Association of professional Negotiators and mediators, Fellow of the institute of mortgage brokers and lenders of Nigeria and a notary public. Barr Gyang Zi has won so many awards for his contribution to the development of legal practice in Nigeria.
