He was a retired Naval Office with the Nigerian navy, an executive of a mining company, Farmer and the 2019 Guber aspirant under the PPN banner in Jos plateau state. He is also the Chairman/ CEO Elshalom International Ltd and has had work experiences with organizational division of ABU institute of argic skikka anasa, Nigerian Navy Ministry of defense, Sport Officer NNS Quorra, NNS anansa, Staff officer 2 sport Naval Headquarters, Command sport officer western naval command served in this capacity as the Principal Officer, OIC PT School NNS Quarra and Camp Commandant Naval Headquarter and has had other civil responsibilities outside his military experience.
In addition to his public sector track record, Jerry Mangai has extensive private sector experience and international exposure in foreign trade, Client management and Sustainable development, ethical governance.
Mohammed Lawal (NAGOGGO) Wasagu is the District head of Wasagu town Zuru Emirate. He was born in January, 15th 1948 in Wasagu town Zuru Emirate.
He acquired his Grade 11 Teachers Certificate in 1973. In his quest for knowledge, he also obtained his Nigerian Certificate of Education in the year 1977 ATC/ABU Kano and a Diploma in Education Planning and Administration in 1980 at the prestigious Institute of Education ABU Zaria.
In the year 1993 Mohammed Lawal (NAGOGGO) Wasagu forged ahead to obtain an Advanced Diploma in Public Administration at the Institute of Education ABU Zaria and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration at the University of Calabar in the year 1999-2000.
Working Experience: He once thought in Primary School for 11years (1973-1984). During his National youth service corps, he was assigned to a secondary school as a teacher (1977/78). After Hes’ NYSC he decided to serve his Land of birth as a teacher, in the Zuru Teachers College for a year (1978/79). Because of how diligent and skillful he was with his work, He was appointed as the Educational Officer of his district in 1979/80 and later the Educational Secretary in the year 1981-1991.
Mohammed Lawal (NAGOGGO) Wasagu’s success didn’t just end there, as he later got promoted to the post of DPM (Director Personnel Management) for 6year (1991-1997) at the Unified Local Government Services and later became the Secretary to the Unified Local Government Service from 1997-2007.
Seeing the undeniable impact of Mohammed Lawal (NAGOGGO) Wasagu to the Zuru Emirate, he was appointed as the District Head of Wasagu Zuru Emirate Kebbi State in the year 2007 till Date. It has become necessary and deserving of His Royal Highness to seat on the board of Elipse International Exploration Solutions Ltd to advise on the sustainability of our affairs with his counterparts in other communities.
